About Us
Diagnosis and Estimate of Repair
We inspect and diagnose your watch usually within a few days after we receive it. We will then contact you with the estimate of repair. If you decide to have us repair your watch, the repair balance will be due. You can pay your balance by using accredit card, PayPal, money order, or check. Our normal turnaround time for quartz watches is about 7 to 30 days depending on the job and if parts need to be ordered etc. Mechanical watches, retrofits, and hard-to-find parts may take longer.
Repair and Return Your Watch
Your watch will be expertly repaired within or above factory specifications. We will carefully package and return your watch by USPS Priority Mail. Most repairs will be guaranteed against defects in parts and workmanship for a period of 1 year.

Step 2:Look for an email from us, this will contain a job number for your order.
Step 3:Securely pack your watch and mail it to our repair center. Note: Don’t ship it in the original box or
with manuals, we can’t guarantee it will be returned.
